Fried Tofu with Spring Onions
The perfect fried tofu with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Tofu
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 2 tbsp Coconut syrup
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- Cut the tofu into 4 equally thick slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the tofu on both sides until golden.
- On the last turn, add the soy sauce (which I mixed with the coconut syrup beforehand) and spread the sliced spring onions over it.
Recommended side dish
- We had a mushroom risotto with it
