Fried Tofu with Spring Onions

The perfect fried tofu with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Tofu
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp Coconut syrup
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
  • Rapeseed oil for frying
  1. Cut the tofu into 4 equally thick slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the tofu on both sides until golden.
  3. On the last turn, add the soy sauce (which I mixed with the coconut syrup beforehand) and spread the sliced ​​spring onions over it.
