Fried Herring
The perfect fried herring recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Strength
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Mix the starch with the curry powder.
- Roll the matjes in it.
- Fry the matjes in clarified butter in a pan for 1 minute on each side.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the other ingredients and season to taste.
- Serve with jacket potatoes.
- Tastes really delicious !!!!
