Ingredients

  • 4 Discs Meat loaf
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 el Clarified butter
  • 1 Glass Peas
  • 1 Glass Cut beans
  • 1 el Mustard
  • 6 el Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  • Before the meat loaf was fried, I made the salads.
  • So drain the beans and peas separately and rinse briefly with clear water. Put each variety in a bowl.
  • Mix the dressing with the vinegar and oil as well as salt, pepper and mustard. Peel 1 onion and then finely dice it. Mix into the dressing and pour half each over the salads and mix.
  • Once the salads are ready, the meat loaf is on.
  • Put the butter lard in the pan and let it get hot. Fry the meat loaf in it briefly and vigorously on both sides. Finish frying at a low temperature.
  • Place warm on a plate in the oven
  • In the remaining clarified butter, steam the 2 onions, peeled and cut into rings, until dark brown.
  • Put 2 slices of meat loaf on each plate and put a few onions on top.
  • Spread the pea salad and the bean salad with it.
