Fried noodles with meatloaf and salami

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spaetzle (wave spaetzle)
  • 400 g Leberkäse
  • 300 g sausage (Bavarian Hüttenwurst)
  • Fat
  • Salt
  • Tomato ketchup
  • n. B. egg(s)
  • n. B. cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the Leberkäse into 5-10 mm cubes. Cut the cottage sausage into 2-5 mm cubes. Heat the water for the pasta and add a little salt. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions, then drain. Fry the Leberkäse in a deep pan. When the Leberkäse is browned, add the sausage and fry until crispy. Then add the cooked pasta and mix. If you like, you can top the pasta with eggs or cheese, or both. Once the pasta is in the plate, I drizzle some tomato ketchup over it and mix everything together. 626 kcal per serving.
