Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g Kinder chocolate
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g whiskey

Made in the Thermomix TM5.
Break the Kinder chocolate into small pieces and add it to the mixing bowl along with the sugar and vanilla sugar for 12 seconds/speed 10. Scrape everything down with a spatula. If it’s not all chopped up yet, repeat the process briefly. Add the milk, cream, and egg, stir briefly for about 6 seconds/speed 5, then set the mixer to 5 minutes/80°C/speed 2. Then add the whiskey and run for another 5 minutes/90°C/speed 2. Pour the whiskey liqueur into two or three bottles rinsed with hot water and refrigerate once cooled.
