Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g confectionery (Toffifees)
- 70 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g whiskey

Add the Toffifees, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl for 12 seconds/speed 10. Scrape everything down with the spatula. If it’s not quite chopped up yet, repeat the process briefly. Add the milk, cream, and egg and mix briefly for about 6 seconds/speed 5, then set the mixer to 5 minutes/80°C/speed 2 and let it run. Then add the whiskey and mix for another 5 minutes/90°C/speed 2. Pour the whiskey liqueur into about two or three bottles that have been rinsed with hot water and, once cooled, refrigerate. You should choose a mild whiskey, but not a smoky one; it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I personally like Ballantines. It makes a great party favor.
