Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg fruit
  • 500 ml fruit juice
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces if necessary. Mix 5 tablespoons of juice with the cornstarch. Bring the remaining juice to a boil with the fruit and thicken with the cornstarch. Add sugar to the thickened juice and stir until dissolved. Pour the finished porridge into jars and refrigerate.
