Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 250 g cream
- 150 g milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 10 g curry powder, mild
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cheese, grated
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
without meat
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until just tender, then drain. For the topping, combine the cream, milk, egg, curry, salt, and pepper in a measuring jug. Place the pasta in a buttered gratin dish and pour the topping over it. Spread the cheese on top and bake the pasta in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 30 minutes.
