Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 500 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, slightly grated peel

Peel the oranges and the mango. Cut both into bite-sized pieces. Pour the yogurt into a sufficiently large bowl. Stir the lemon zest into the yogurt. Add the orange and mango pieces and fold in. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon powder, if desired. Tip: If you don’t like cinnamon, you can also use a little vanilla extract. A very simple, but in my opinion incredibly delicious and light dessert. You don’t need to add sugar, as the fruit already sweetens the yogurt enough.
