Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g berries, of your choice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 50 g semolina
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Set aside a few berries for garnish. Using an immersion blender, puree the remaining berries with 500 ml of water. Then pass through a fine sieve into a small saucepan. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt and heat over medium heat. Once the puree boils, gently fold in the semolina. Simmer the puree over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens. Divide the puree between two bowls and let cool for about 5 minutes. Finally, garnish with berries and yogurt, if desired.
