Garlic butter with chili

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tsp chili powder, ground
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A must at a barbecue, I don’t need to come without it, super easy to prepare

Place the butter in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let it stand for about 10 minutes to soften. Then add the remaining ingredients and mash and mix with a fork for 5 minutes. It will become very smooth and tastier. Then refrigerate the butter and let it set for a day; it will become even more flavorful. Ideal for grilling, on baked potatoes, with meat, or simply on fresh bread.
