Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Skyr
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp herbs of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the Icelandic cream cheese with salt and pepper until creamy. Peel and mince the garlic. Chop the fresh herbs. Mix everything together and season to taste. Serve with bread, potatoes, and vegetable sticks.
