Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine, vegan, e.g. B. from Deli
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- n. B. herbal salt
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and run until the garlic is incorporated into the creamy mixture. Season to taste. Then, transfer the margarine to a container of your choice. It can be refrigerated for a few days. You can, of course, swap out the herbs. Rosemary and oregano work well, as do dill and chives. Note: Since I always season to taste, the quantities given are approximate.
