Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 red bell peppers
- ¼ liter meat broth
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 6 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the peppers and sauté them, add the meat broth, and simmer until the peppers are fairly soft. Then puree, strain through a sieve, and mix with the crème fraîche, crushed garlic, and the spices. Always a favorite at barbecues.
