Garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil (garlic oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Grilled side dish

Preheat the grill. Wash the potatoes and remove any large dirt. Make several deep cuts with a sharp knife. Cut 6 squares of aluminum foil to wrap the potatoes. Place a potato on each cut piece of aluminum foil and brush generously with garlic oil. Then wrap tightly in the foil. Grill the potatoes over high heat for about 1 hour, turning occasionally. To serve, open the packets and carefully fan out the potatoes.
