Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 40 g walnut vinegar
  • 60 g walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp garden herbs, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the garlic and chop it in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly again. It’s great for all leafy salads.
