Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 40 g walnut vinegar
- 60 g walnut oil
- 2 tbsp garden herbs, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic and chop it in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly again. It’s great for all leafy salads.
