Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch basil, picked
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove(s), peeled
  • 60 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 30 g pine nuts, roasted

Instructions

Grind the basil, olive oil, and garlic in a blender or with an immersion blender. Then add the nuts and cheese and blend thoroughly. Season the pesto to taste, if desired, with salt and pepper. The pesto will keep for at least a month if stored tightly covered in the refrigerator. Based on 10 servings, one serving contains 149 calories.
