Hamburger XXL

Mix the ground beef with egg, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, mustard, and tomato paste. Form a giant meatball roughly the size of the flatbread. This works best on a pizza tray lined with baking paper. Bake the ground beef in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. (For an XXL cheeseburger, top with cheese.) For the last 5 minutes, briefly bake the flatbread in the oven. In the meantime, slice the tomatoes and cucumbers and tear the lettuce leaves. Cut open the bread and spread the top and bottom with mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Then top the flatbread like a hamburger. We layered it as follows: flatbread base, lettuce, meatball, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and flatbread top. Serve with French fries or a fresh salad.
