Ginger-lemon iced tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 lemons
  • 100 g ginger
  • 2 bags of peppermint tea
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with peppermint tea, without black tea

Peel the ginger and dice it into small pieces. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice and ginger cubes into a carafe. Then add the sugar and boiling water. Hang the tea bags in the carafe. Let the tea steep for about 10-20 minutes. Let the tea cool and serve with ice cubes and lemon slices for a nice touch.
