unusual but delicious
Prepare a yeast dough from flour, salt, sugar, pizza seasoning, olive oil, yeast, and water. Cover and let it rise for 2-3 hours. Fillet the kippers and tear them into pieces, clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips or cubes, peel the onions and slice them into thin half rings, and grate the Gouda cheese. Roll out or stretch the dough as thinly as desired and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the dough thinly with tomato ketchup, arrange the fish, pepper pieces, and onion rings on top, sprinkle with pizza seasoning, season with salt and pepper, and finally sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
