Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g sugar, or brown cane sugar
- 150 g honey
- 150 g beet syrup
- 150 ml water
- 250 g butter
- 1 kg flour
- 1 g ginger powder
- 7 g cinnamon powder
- 7 g baking soda
- 4 g gingerbread spice
- Milk, for brushing

Ready to eat immediately, no need to lie down until they become soft
Boil 150 ml water with the sugar, honey, and beetroot syrup. Stir in the butter and spices. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then knead the mixture with the flour until the dough is smooth; add a little more flour if desired. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes, such as hearts or house shapes. Place on a baking sheet and brush with milk. This will give the gingerbread a shine. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes, depending on thickness and size.
