Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of pudding powder (cream pudding powder)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 15 g gingerbread spice
- 15 g hazelnuts
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter, soft
- 200 g gingerbread
- 200 g dough, Hermann-
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with Hermann dough
Cream the butter with a dough hook until fluffy. Sift the flour into the bowl. Add the sugar, baking powder, pudding powder, cinnamon, gingerbread spice, hazelnuts, eggs, and Hermann’s yeast to the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms. Cut the gingerbread into cubes and stir into the dough. Add a little milk if needed. Pour the dough into a 26 cm springform pan and bake at 160°C for 50 minutes.
