Gnocchi and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 400 g mushrooms, mixed, fresh
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • n. B. Fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, tarragon, chives
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and chop into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion. Heat the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Fry the mushrooms in clarified butter (or without any fat) in a very hot pan until crispy, then add the onions and cook briefly. Season the browned mushrooms with the spices and chopped herbs (reserve some for garnish) and add the diced tomatoes. Sauté everything briefly. Then add the gnocchi and toss to reheat the mixture. Serve on plates and garnish with the remaining herbs.
