Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 800 g gnocchi
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 3 slices of ham
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and drain. Pour the cream into a pan, dice the ham, and add it to the pan with the cheese. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika to taste, bring to a boil briefly, and then add the gnocchi. If the sauce is too thin, bring back to a boil or add a little more cheese.
