Golden plums topped with cream and pistachios

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 plums, yellow
  • 50 ml cream
  • some honey or coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the yellow plums, pit them, and cut them into half-moons. Sweeten the cream. Layer the plums in a casserole dish in a shingle-like pattern. Pour the cream over them. Finally, sprinkle the pistachios on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes.
