Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 packet of Gorgonzola, approx. 120 g
- ½ cup of crème fraîche, approx. 75 g
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, mix a little cream with the cornstarch. Heat the rest of the cream and melt the rindless Gorgonzola in it. Add the vegetable stock powder, soy sauce, crème fraîche, and the stirred cornstarch. Stir in, heat through, and season with pepper. It goes well with many dishes or simply with pasta.
