Grandma Anne’s Pea Soup

The perfect grandma anne’s pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 piece Potatoes
  • 600 g Peas
  • 1000 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 package Ham cubes
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • Parsely
  • 4 piece Wiener sausages
  1. Leave out the ham cubes and add the broth. Add potatoes and peas, simmer for 20-30 minutes. Then add the sour cream and parsley. Cut the wieners into small pieces, place on the plates, pour the pea soup over them and serve.
