Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, melted
- 350 g sugar
- 125 g dark chocolate, melted
- 4 egg yolks
- Clove powder
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 320 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 4 egg whites
- powdered sugar
- Fat, for the shape
- Breadcrumbs, for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks for 2 minutes, then stir in the chocolate and spices. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift them over the mixture, and stir in the milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumbed Bundt pan. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 60 minutes. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes, then turn out and dust with powdered sugar.
