Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), pitted
  • 1 kg apples, peel, core, dice
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without alcohol

Sauté the plums, apples, and apple juice together for 5 minutes, then puree. Add the remaining ingredients to the fruit and cook according to the package instructions. Pour into prepared jars and turn upside down for 15 minutes.
