Ingredients
- 225 g Butter
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 450 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 125 Milliliters Milk
- 3 Tablespoon (heaped) Cocoa
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Whisk the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whether you use a mixer or a whisk is up to you. Depending on how sweet you like it, you also determine the amount of sugar to be used.
- Then add the flour, baking powder and milk and stir again. Then take 1/3 of the dough out of the bowl and set aside.
- Add the cocoa, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of milk to the remaining 2/3 of the dough. Everything has to be mixed up again.
- Now place the two doughs in a cup cake pan and mix the two doughs in a spiral with a fork. This gives you the typical grain of the marble cake. The cake is baked for 1 hour at 175 degrees Celsius. Good Appetite!
