Whisk the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whether you use a mixer or a whisk is up to you. Depending on how sweet you like it, you also determine the amount of sugar to be used.
Then add the flour, baking powder and milk and stir again. Then take 1/3 of the dough out of the bowl and set aside.
Add the cocoa, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of milk to the remaining 2/3 of the dough. Everything has to be mixed up again.
Now place the two doughs in a cup cake pan and mix the two doughs in a spiral with a fork. This gives you the typical grain of the marble cake. The cake is baked for 1 hour at 175 degrees Celsius. Good Appetite!
