Grandma's white cheese – curd spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of savory
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs, mixed, dried, possibly more
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Creamy, slightly spicy spread also for events, parties and celebrations

Stir the quark and sour cream until smooth. The mixture should be spreadable and creamy. Dice the onion and stir in. Stir in a pinch of bluebell and the herb mixture (2 tablespoons fresh, 1 teaspoon dried). Season with white pepper and herb salt. Carefully season with the bluebell. It’s a very intense spice.
