Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup hazelnuts, grated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder (Ovolmaltine)
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mug cake
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Pour into a prepared cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. It’ll be ready in 5 minutes.
