Cut the avocado, cucumber, kiwis, and pears into small cubes and add them to the blender. The firmest ingredients (depending on the ripeness of your fruit) go at the bottom. Finally, pour the coconut milk over the ingredients and blend everything thoroughly. Depending on the size of your fruit, this will yield about one liter of green smoothie. The cucumber gives the smoothie a very mild flavor, making it an ideal green smoothie for beginners. I like to drink it for breakfast.
