Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tangerine(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 pinch of Stevia
- 250 ml water
Instructions

Puree all ingredients (cleaned, washed, peeled if necessary, and cut into pieces) with a hand blender. Finally, add the water, a little more or less as needed. I prefer it a bit thicker, so I use less water. If you’re using pure stevia, just use a pinch. Honey or agave syrup are also acceptable. Using honey makes it non-vegan.
