  • 100 g cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Wash the spinach and add it to the bottom of the blender first. Chop the cucumber, banana, and mango into small pieces and add them. Add the remaining ingredients. For more sweetness, I added a little of the liquid from the canned mango, but honey will do, too. Finally, add about 50-100 ml of water and blend everything thoroughly. The oil/linseed oil doesn’t impart any flavor, but it’s necessary for the vitamins to be absorbed. If you’re drinking the smoothie in the evening, it’s not necessary to add any oil, as you usually still have some fat in your stomach. However, you should add some in the morning for breakfast. Linseed oil is also very high in Omega 3.
