  • 1 liter of water
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves, fresh
  • 15 g tea (green tea)
  • Sugar

Instructions

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, add the green tea and let it steep for about 2 1/2 minutes. In the meantime, slice the lemon and quarter the lemon slices. Finely chop the mint leaves. Place the sliced ​​lemon, lemon juice, mint, and a little sugar in a jug. Pour over the green tea and let it steep for about three to five minutes. Then fill the jug with the remaining cold water and place it in the refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, add sugar to taste.
