Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 thin sausages (cheese sausages), halved lengthwise, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion(s), peeled, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled, finely diced
- 1 can of tomatoes (pizza)
- ½ chili pepper(s), mild, red, pitted, cut into fine strips
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt
- 250 g pasta (macaroni), cooked according to package instructions.
- Pepper, colorful from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple, with a twist
Fry the finely chopped cheese sausages in the oil. Add the onion and garlic and let them brown. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté lightly. Add the chili, deglaze with the tomatoes and stock. Let it simmer (reduce) slightly. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the macaroni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
