Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 stalk(s) asparagus, green
- 4 toothpicks
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a marinade from oil, soy sauce, and grated garlic (or garlic powder). Connect 3 asparagus spears each with 2 toothpicks. Brush the asparagus spears with the marinade and marinate for half an hour. Then grill the asparagus spears directly over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Brush the asparagus occasionally with the marinade.
