works on the grill or in the oven

You’ll need an empty, clean mustard jar. Wash the chicken and rub the outside with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour beer into an empty, clean mustard jar, place the chicken on top, and then place the whole thing in a roasting pan. Add the soup vegetables, a little water, and the remaining beer to the roasting pan and grill it at around 160 degrees Celsius for a good 45 minutes. Now coat the chicken again. Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika, add the sunflower oil, and mix well. Brush the chicken with this marinade. Grill for another 30 minutes, until the chicken has a nice crispy skin.
