Shrimp skewers

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g shrimp(s) (approx. 18 pieces)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Great starter, but also for grilling or on salad!

Wash and chop the basil. Peel and press the garlic clove, then mix with the basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp with the marinade and let it sit for a while. Thread onto three skewers and brush with the remaining marinade. Grill, turning occasionally, or fry in a grill pan. Serve with bread and herb butter. Note: These shrimp are delicious not only as an appetizer, but also grilled or on top of a homemade salad! Great in summer!
