Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar Pepper
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with garlic

First, let the oil, garlic cloves, and vinegar simmer together for about 10 minutes. Drain the peppers, then add them and let them simmer in the oil sauce for another 10 minutes. Add the spices and place the peppers and sauce on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180°C (350°F) with the grill on. Turn over several times and remove from the oven after about 10 minutes.
