slightly tipsy

Shape four small pieces of aluminum foil into a round bowl, large enough to hold a pineapple slice. Leave a small rim of aluminum foil to prevent spillage onto the embers. Place a pineapple slice in each bowl and place the small cinnamon stick or aniseed in the center. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a little oil to the bowl. Toast the pineapple slices on the grill until the fructose caramelizes. Finally, add a small shot of rum to each packet and flambé them – light them with a match. Serve each packet with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
