Grilled pork ribs

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg spare ribs
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp dry sherry
  • 5 sage leaves
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Marinate the ribs overnight in a marinade made from the remaining ingredients, then grill them over a charcoal fire.
