Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ watermelon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the watermelon into slices. Heat a charcoal, gas, or electric grill, or a griddle pan and grill the melon slices on both sides. Arrange and serve. Grilling gives the watermelon a roasted flavor while losing some of its sweetness. Garnish with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream for a delicious dessert.
