Grilling: Hawaiian Tofu Skewers
The perfect grilling: hawaiian tofu skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Organic smoked tofu
- 0,5 Pc. Pineapple
- 2 Pc. Red pepper
- 1 tbsp Highly heatable oil
- 2 tsp Caribbean spice
- Salt pepper
- Dice the tofu, pineapple, and paprika into bite-sized pieces and place them alternately on fireproof shashlik skewers. Marinate in a shallow bowl with oil, salt, pepper and the spice mixture. Prepare for at least an hour, but better the day before.
- My Caribbean spice mix consists of ginger, garlic, coconut, cinnamon, coriander and anise. Alternatively, the skewers can also be fried in the grill pan, in case the weather throws the bill.
