Grilling: Hawaiian Tofu Skewers

The perfect grilling: hawaiian tofu skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Organic smoked tofu
  • 0,5 Pc. Pineapple
  • 2 Pc. Red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Highly heatable oil
  • 2 tsp Caribbean spice
  • Salt pepper
  1. Dice the tofu, pineapple, and paprika into bite-sized pieces and place them alternately on fireproof shashlik skewers. Marinate in a shallow bowl with oil, salt, pepper and the spice mixture. Prepare for at least an hour, but better the day before.
  2. My Caribbean spice mix consists of ginger, garlic, coconut, cinnamon, coriander and anise. Alternatively, the skewers can also be fried in the grill pan, in case the weather throws the bill.
