Grilling without Pork
The perfect grilling without pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Minced meat skewers: (6 skewers)
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion approx. 150 g
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 piece Ginger the size of a walnut
- 1 Yesterday’S rolls
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Chili powder
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 6 Schaschlick sticks
- Breadcrumbs
Chicken shashlik: (6 skewers)
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 24 Mini tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 6 Shish kebab sticks
Chicken breast fillet skewers: (7 skewers)
- 500 g Chicken Breast File
- 7 Shish kebab sticks
- 4 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
Corn on the cob:
- 4 Corn on the cob
- 4 Olive oil
- 4 Small sheets of aluminum paper
Grilling:
- Grill
- Charcoal
- Grill lighter
Side dishes:
- Bread / white bread / baguette
- Div. Barbecue sauces
Minced meat skewers:
- Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Soak the rolls and squeeze them out well. Put all ingredients (minced beef, onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, chilli pepper cubes, ginger cubes, 1 egg, 1 squeezed bun, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mild curry powder, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon chili powder) in a bowl and good mix / knead. Shape into rolls with moistened hands, thread onto shashlik sticks and roll in breadcrumbs. Later grill on the grill until golden-brown.
Chicken shashlik:
- Clean the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into small slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small slices. Peel the onions and cut into wedges / slices. Thread all ingredients (bell pepper, mini tomato, chicken and onion) one after the other onto shashlik sticks and grill them later.
Chicken breast fillet skewers:
- Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into narrow strips. Thread the chicken breast fillet strips on the kebabs in a wave shape and marinate with the sweet soy sauce. Later they are fried on the grill on both sides.
Corn on the cob:
- Brush the corn on the cob with the olive oil and wrap in the aluminum paper. Cook on the grill later.
Serve:
