Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and dice the ham. Heat oil in a deep pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the ham and cook for a few minutes. Then add the macaroni and mix everything together loosely. Fold in the crème fraîche (or sour cream and herbs), and season with salt and pepper. I find a fresh green salad very tasty as a side dish.
