Ham Fleckerl

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (Fleckerl)
  • 400 g cooked ham or smoked meat
  • 1 half onion(s), finely chopped
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Vegetable broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fleckerl are small squares of pasta dough

Cook the Speckerl in salted water until al dente, then drain the water and drizzle with oil to prevent them from sticking together. Sauté the onion in oil until golden brown, add the diced ham and lightly toast. Stir in the Speckerl and parsley. Pour over the cream and simmer briefly; the cream should still be slightly runny. Season to taste with salt, pepper, granulated stock, and nutmeg. Serve with a green salad.
