Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (horn pasta)
- Salt
- 1 slice(s) cooked ham (approx. 1cm)
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Margarine, for buttering the casserole dish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the cooked ham. Whisk the two eggs in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta. Grease a baking dish well with margarine. Mix the pasta with the ham cubes and place in the baking dish. Then pour the egg and milk mixture over the pasta. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and bake the pasta.
