Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bottle of malt beer
- 4 tsp, heaped butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
- possibly ginger
- possibly coriander powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar, and let it brown slightly. Then add the cinnamon powder, gradually pour in the malt beer, and let everything simmer over low heat for about 2-5 minutes. If you like, you can also add 2 pinches of ginger and coriander.
